This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Master Data Governance (CA-MDG)component.

You can use this BAdI to change the user interface of applications for creating and editing a change request. You can customize the user interface as follows:

  • Mark the fields Priority, Due Date, Reasonand Reason for Rejection as mandatory using the method INITIALIZE.
  • Add your own user interface building blocks (UIBBs) including a customized header using the method INITIALIZE.
  • React on FPM events using the method PROCESS_EVENT.
  • In the initial screen of USMD_ENTITY_VALUE2 you can set key fields to read-only and make the key fields invisible, as well as assign default values to key fields, using the method GET_DEFAULT_VALUES.

You have created a data model.

In the standard system, there is no activated BAdI implementation.

The BAdI is filter-dependent. Create a separate implementation for each data model. In the BAdI filter you also can specify multiple data models for a BAdI implementation.

The BAdI is not designed for multiple use.
