MDOC_AGING_ANALYSIS - Analyze Data Aging for Material Documents

In this Customizing activity, you can check, before a data aging run, how many material document items would be selected for data aging, and how many carry forward records would be created as placeholder for the aged quantities and values.

Before Analysis

• Specify default residence time and plant-specific residence times (optional)

Do Analysis

• Check either per plant or in total how many material document items would be moved to historical data.

• Check how many carry forward records would be created in current data as placeholders for the moved quantities and values.

• Note, that the analysis result also considers exclusions from data aging caused by implementations of BAdI BAdI Aging of Material Documents.
