• All incoming queues are empty and the backend communication is disrupted.

• The outbound queues of the R/3 back-end are empty.

• The outbound queues of the CRM Server for the R/3 back-end are empty.

• The Communication Station and all CRM application users are locked to prevent any creation of delta data.

This step performs the last transfer of collected delta data to the CRM 3.0 system.
