Activate the flexible workflow for supplier list for sourcing.

In this configuration step, you can adapt the flexible workflow settings for supplier list for sourcing. The flexible workflow allows you to define approval processes for supplier list for sourcing according to your requirements.

The following checkboxes are available:

• Overall release ofsupplier list for sourcing

Select this checkbox to specify that the items in a supplier list for sourcing are all released at the same time (rather than individually).

• Scenario based workflow

Select this checkbox to activate the flexible workflow for the relevant document type.

By default, the flexible workflow is active for supplier list for sourcing.
