Define the technical settings required to download procurement information using an Excel file.

You can use this step to specify the CDS, method, and class names using which business object information can be downloaded into an Excel file.

For each worksheet in the Excel, you can define the following:

• CDS Name: Specifies the CDS view that retrieves the business object information.

• Method Name: Specifies the method that retrieves the data.

• Class Name: Specifies the class to which the method belongs.

• Hierarchy Notation: Specifies the hierarchy of the information related to the business object being downloaded into each worksheet. For example, 1.0 for a worksheet can signify header information of a central contract, 1.1 can signify the item information of a central contract, and 1.1.1 can signify the item distribution of a central contract.

To configure the download setting:

1. Select a document from the Business Object folder.
2. Select an existing entry or create a new one in the Worksheet folder.
3. Specify the CDS Name, Method Name, Class Name, and Hierarchy Notation.
4. Save the changes.
