In this step, you can enable the creation of reservation.
You can enable the creation of reservation. You can select a purchase requisition scenario. You can then enter the relevant movement type, checking rule and flag for checking the availability of unrestricted stock.
For creation of reservation from a purchase requisition, the checking rule is 03 and the movement type is 201.
If you choose Check Unrestricted Stock Onlythe reservation can be done only if there is stock available for unrestricted use. In this case the checking rule is bypassed. If you do not choose Check Unrestricted Stock Only, the checking rule will be applied to determine stock availability for reservation.
Note: Creation of reservation is subject to stock availability. Creation of reservation is currently supported ONLY for the 'Requisition Scenario - Self-Service Procurement'.
