In this Customizing activity, you map Incoterm versions to Incoterms. You can also specify whether location 1 is required or optional, and whether location 2 is required, optional, or disabled. This activity is optional. If you do not make any entries in Customizing, the system uses the standard settings.

SAP delivers the following standard settings for mapping an incoterm to an incoterm version:

2000 Incoterm 2000 CFR Costs and Freight Disabled

2010 Incoterm 2010 DDP Delivered Duty Paid Disabled

Delivered Duty Paid

Change the value of any of the parameters by executing the Customizing activity and editing the following parameter values:

  • Version
  • IncTm
  • Location
  • Location Mand.
