MM_PUR_S4CQTN_BEFAPP - Custom Mapping and Logic Before the Central Supplier Quotation Process

You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) to apply a custom mapping and custom logic before the process flow for the header data and item data of central supplier quotations.

You must add messages to the message table if you want the check results communicated via messages.

Parameters

The following parameters are provided:

Importing Parameters

• INBOUNDMESSAGE: Contains information about the header data (such as the supplier quotation number, purchasing document category, company code, or supplier) and item data (such as the plant, material group, schedule line delivery date, or schedule line order quantity) of the central supplier quotation document that is currently being processed.

Changing Parameters

• CQTNPARAMETERS: Contains the structure of Create with Reference action (RFQ-->QTE).

• SKIPPROCESSING: Contains an instruction to skip the process flow after completing the BAdI or to continue process.

• CRFQPARAMETERS: Contains information of the header data of the central request for quotation that is currently being processed (such as the request for quotation number, purchasing document category, or company code).

• ERRORMESSAGES: Can be filled with messages defined by customer logic. You must add messages to the message table if you want the check results communicated via messages.
