Use

You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) to create a custom mapping and custom logic for the header data and item data of central requests for quotation.

You must add messages to the message table if you want the check results communicated via messages.

Parameters

The following parameters are provided:

Import Parameters

• REQUESTFORQUOTATION: Contains the ID number of the central RFQ

Changing Parameters

• OUTBOUNDMESSAGE: Contains information about the header data (such as the request for quotation number, purchasing document category, company code) and item data (such as the plant, material group, schedule line delivery date, schedule line order quantity) of the central request for quotation document currently being processed

• USEAPPLICATIONLOGIC: Contains an instruction whether standard application logic should be executed or not.

• SKIPPROCESSING: Contains an instruction to leave process flow after completing the BAdI or continue a process.

• ERRORMESSAGES: Can be filled with messages defined by customer logic. You must add messages to the message table if you want the check results communicated via messages.
