Use

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Service Entry Sheet component (MM-PUR-SRV-SES). You can use this BAdI to perform custom checks on service entry sheets on document header level. Check results have to be added to a message table.

Parameters

The following parameters are provided:

Import Parameters

  • SERVICEENTRYSHEET: Contains information about the service entry sheet currently being processed (for example: name of service entry sheet, reference purchase order, approval status)
  • SERVICEENTRYSHEETITEMS: Contains information about the service entry sheet items that are currently being processed (for example: item numbers, stated quantity, date of service performance)
  • SESACCOUNTASSIGNMENTS: Contains information about the account assignment of the service entry sheet items that is currently being processed (for example, cost centers, G/L Account numbers, controlling areas)

Changing Parameters

  • MESSAGES: Can be filled with messages containing the check results. In addition to a message text (free text), you assign one of the following message types:
  • I (Information)

  • W (Warning)

  • E (Error)

Use the generic placeholder message 053 '&1 &2 &3 &4' of message class MM_PUR_SES. Any message added to this changing parameter will be added to the service entry sheet message log.
