MPEVC_CIMA_OBJECTS - Change Impact Analysis

In this Customizing activity, you maintain the objects for which you want to analyze the change impact and settings specific to each analysis object.

The standard delivery includes the following analysis object types:

• Engineering Bill of Material (EBOM)

• Manufacturing Bill of Material (MBOM)

• Shop Floor Routing

• Production Order

To create an analysis object, you must first define the object page structure, net change data source and the linked change record object type. After you create an analysis object, maintain the following settings for each object:

Related Objects

To create the related object, you enter the defined key for the Business Add-In (BAdI) Get Analysis Object Details

(EX_MPE_CIMA_ANALYSIS_OBJ_DETLS). Save your entry.

Analysis Object Actions

To create an action, you must enter the defined semantic object and the corresponding semantic object action. Select the action type and set its status to active. Save your entry.

Analysis Object Net Change Relevant Fields

Select the net change relative field using value help and save your entry.
