MPE_DATA_INFO - Get Data About Data Subjects

In this activity, you define which texts appear in reports when calling the Data Subject Informationreport (RMPE_DATA_SUBJECT_INFO) for users of SAP Manufacturing for production engineering and operations. This report shows which personal data the product stores about the users.

You can write individual texts for each of the object types used in SAP Manufacturing for production engineering and operations, for example, routings, production orders, or buyoffs. You assign each text to a specific plant. This allows you to create different texts for different object types in different jurisdictions if required.

These texts are then inserted into the report above tables containing the objects that the user created. For some objects, if there is no data included in the table, the report does not contain the texts you created. Instead only the table and a standard text are shown.

Most data is stored under the users user name. However, if a user has a business partner name then data can also be recorded for this.

You have defined your texts as text modules in SAP Smart Forms(transaction SMARTFORMS).

For each of your plants, enter the technical names of the text modules that contain your legal texts.

To print or view a preview of the report for a data subject, in the Data Subject Informationreport (RMPE_DATA_SUBJECT_INFO), enter the user name or business partner name of the data subject.

You write a smart form text that explains the purpose and visibility of the data collected for buyoffs. When you generate the report, this text appear along with a list of the buyoff objects the user created.
