If you use integration with an external system, define a default priority for newly created change requests for purchase orders.

You can use change request priorities to indicate which change requests are most important and must be processed first. If no priority is specified, the system can assign a default priority to new change requests. You can adapt this priority as required.

Note: The default priority is only assigned to change requests if no priority can be determined from an implementation of the business add-in Retrieve Priority for MRP Change Request.

• You have set up integration with an external system.

• You have defined priorities for MRP change requests.

The priority Medium is defined as default in the SAP standard system.

Select the default priority that you want to set for new change requests.
