MSR_FU_ACTIVITY - Activate and Rename Follow-Up Activities

In this IMG activity, you define which logistical follow-up activities you want to use in Advanced Returns Management. You can also enter your own descriptions for the follow-up activities.

The predefined follow-up activities are not active if they are not defined in the customizing activity.

Create a follow-up activity from the predefined list of activities (value help). You can activate and rename the follow-up activity.

The system uses the standard activity description for the logistical follow-up activities if you do not rename it.

1. Create a follow-up activity from the predefined list of activities (value help) that you want to activate and select the Active checkbox for the activity.
2. Deselect the Activecheckbox for those logistical follow-up activities that you do not want to use.
3. Enter your own description in the Activity Description field for those logistical follow-up activities that you want to rename.
