MSR_INSP_FUP_BLOCK - Define Blocks for Follow-Up Activities

In this IMG activity, you define blocks for follow-up activities that are relevant for the Material Inspection in Warehouse transaction within Advanced Returns Management.

You can use these blocks to prevent the execution of the logistical follow-up activity that have been specified for an inbound delivery or a corresponding inspection split item. Subsequently, you can select blocked delivery items and continue processing them after the block has been removed.

There are no standard blocks for follow-up activities.

Specify the blocks for follow-up activities and enter corresponding descriptions.

Certain returned materials need to be reviewed by an external appraiser before a decision about the follow-up activity can be made. In this case, you can block the follow-up activity for the corresponding delivery item and thus prevent the creation of logistical follow-up documents. On the selection screen of the Material Inspection in Warehouse transaction, you can specify follow-up activity blocks to search for delivery items with blocks.
