In this IMG activity, you activate Advanced Returns Management for credit memo request order types, in other words the sales document types that represent credit memo requests ( document category H Returns).

You can also specify a billing block for the credit memo request order types that you have activated.

You have defined credit memo request order types for which you want to activate Advanced Returns Management. You can do this in IMG activity Define Sales Document Types.

Advanced Returns Management is not active for credit memo request order type CR2 by default.

When you execute this IMG activity, the system displays all defined credit memo request order types.

Proceed as follows:

1. Select Advanced Returns Active if you want to activate Advanced Returns Management for a credit memo request order type.
2. If required, specify a billing block for a credit memo request order type that you have activated.

The setting for the billing block is irrelevant if you have not activated the credit memo request order type.
