In this Customizing activity, you activate Advanced Returns Management for SDF order types ( sales document types for subsequent deliveries free of charge; sales document category I, Deliv.Free of Charge).

You can also specify a delivery block for the SDF order types that you have activated. This delivery block is used if the user who creates the SDF does not have authorization to release it.

You have defined SDF order types for which you want to activate Advanced Returns Management. You can do this in the Customizing activity Define Sales Document Types.

Advanced Returns Management is not active for SDF order type SD2 in the standard system.

Check the SDF order types that have been defined.

  1. If you want Advanced Returns Management to be active for an SDF order type, set the indicator Advanced Returns Management Active (AdvRets).
  2. If required, specify a delivery block for the SDF order type that you want to activate.
    The setting for the delivery block is irrelevant if you have not activated the SDF order type.
