Define return reasons for customer returns.

You define return reasons for customer returns.

Return reasons can also be used in pricing to determine the refund amount for the customer.

If necessary, you can delete the return reasons you have defined in the system. You cannot delete return reasons delivered by SAP.

There are no standard return reasons.

Specify a return reason code and enter a description.

You configure the usage of the return reasons in pricing. See Pricing Control.

You configure the usage of return reasons for pricing under Sales ->

Sales Master Data Management -> Pricing.
