The landing page is a web-based UI that uses the SAPUI5 technology. It offers managers a single point of access to personal and organizational information.

It has the following features:

• Rich-client application using standard JavaScript technology

• Bundling of several information sources by OData channels (SAP NetWeaver Gateway)

• Intuitive UI that users can personalize to meet their requirements

• Homogenous UIs for employee role and manager role

• Single point of access to employee and organizational data

• Universal search for employee data

• Easy overview of tasks on the initial page using Work Feeds

• Delivers the following lanes:

• Approvals

• Work Feeds

• My Team

• My Team Services

• My Reports

• My KPIs

• KPI Monitor
