This Business Add-In (BADI) is used in the component Manager Self-Service (WDA) (CA-MSS-HCM). You can use this BAdI to modify entries of calendar appointments like subject, title, body, location and dates used for the export functionality of the Reminder of Dates application.

The BAdI uses the method Calendar_Appointment which has the changing parameter, CV_Appointment.

The standard shipment does not include any implementation.

This BAdI is activated in the standard SAP system.

The BAdI is a filter-dependent.

Enhancement Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).

With this BAdI, the system implements the reminder mail parameters such as:

  • Mail subject text
  • Mail body text
  • Mail reminder time
  • Reminder time
  • Location in export to list functionality for Deadline Monitor
  • Reminder of dates components
