In Behavioral Insights, certain standard events are defined in the application that belong to different categories.

In the Maintain CategoryCustomizing activity, you can configure new categories. You can also edit the existing category names.

To add a new category, you must enter the following details:

• Category: Specify a unique ID for a category.

• Category Name: Specify a category name.
