In Behavioral Insights, events can be defined as transactions performed by the user.

In the Maintain EventsCustomizing activity, you can configure new events. You can also edit the existing event name, change the event category, modify the status of the event and edit the existing SAP icon assigned to the event.

The category ID and name that are to be assigned to the new events must be created using the Maintain Category Customizing activity.

To add a new event, you must enter the following details:

  • Event ID:Specify a unique ID for the event.
  • Event Name:Specify the event name.
  • Category:Select the category for the event from the existing values.
  • Active Status:Specify the status of the event. You can select the checkbox to activate the event.
  • Icon: Specify the SAP icon name that you want to assign to the event. You can choose the names from the SAP Icon Library.
  • Source System Name:Specify the name of the source system.
