In Behavioral Insights, Machine Learning scenarios are trained by Intelligent Scenario Lifecycle Management (ISLM), to predict certain events.

In the Maintain ScenarioCustomizing activity, you can configure new scenarios. You can also edit the existing scenario and predictive scenario names, change the account category, modify the status of the scenario and modify the positive target percent assigned to the scenario.

Before creating a new scenario in Behavioral Insights using the Maintain Scenarioactivity, you must ensure that the scenario is created in ISLM.

To add a new event scenario rule, you must enter the following details:

• Scenario ID: Specify a unique ID for the scenario.

• Scenario Name: Specify a unique name for the scenario.

• Predictive Scenario Name: Select a predictive scenario name for the scenario from the existing list.

• Active Status: Specify the status of the scenario. You can select the checkbox to activate the scenario.

• Account Category: Select an account category from the existing list of contract account categories.

• Pstv target percent: Select a positive target percent for the scenario from the existing list.
