In this Customizing activity, you store the mapping between the event and the communication procedure. One event can trigger several messages.

You register the web service for the default communication channel in this Customizing activity and use the default implementation. As an alternative, you can implement your own BAdI method CALL_OUTBOUND and leave the web service information empty.
