If you have assigned classes belonging to a distribution class to a logical system, you cannot transfer the distribution flag to another class type, because inconsistencies will occur in the system settings.
Class types which can be distributed can be defined for all objects in classification. If such a class type is created, you can create classes to distribute this object.
