OANF_USER - Define User Fields 3 and 4

In this step, you define the allowed entries for the two ten-character user fields in the appropriation request and program position (fields number 3 and 4). In these user fields you can enter the following information, for example:

• Information about the person responsible

• Information about substitutes

• Internal telephone numbers

The definitions you make are valid within a single client.

The contents of the user fields are not subject to any checks by the SAP system.

Define the user fields:

1. Enter a key for the definition.
2. Enter a description for the key.
