OANF_WIRT_DAT - Specify Value Date for Determining Net Present Value

In this step, you specify the value date for determining the net present value, per appropriation request type. When you choose the master record function for determining net present value, the system then calculates the net present value as of this date.
You can change this date on a periodic basis. However, in order to update a net present value that was already calculated, you have to choose the master record function again.
Enter a value date for net present value calculation for each appropriation request type.
