OB_GLACC14 - Change or Create Controlling Area Data

In this activity, you can create or change the master data from the controlling-area-specific area for multiple G/L accounts at the same time.

You have the following options:

• Limit Selection
  

You can limit the number of G/L accounts for which you want to create the data:

• You can enter a controlling area and G/L account interval.

Note
All G/L accounts for the G/L account types Primary Costs or Revenue or Secondary Costs are selected within the specified intervals for which controlling-area-specific data does not exist.

• Use Reference Account
  

You can specify a G/L account that is to be used as a reference.

• Create Data
  

You can enter data for the G/L accounts displayed.

If you do not have to change existing data, select the Do Not Change Existing Data checkbox.
