In IMG activity you specify the geographical assignment and other features of an IATA location, such as the time zone, latitude, and longitude.

The Country/Region, Region (IATA), and Reference Location fields are especially important for certain regions when trip rules or travel profiles are specified.

To be able to edit an IATA location, you must first have created it in the Customizing activity Define IATA Locations.

  • The entries are correctly maintained in the standard system in accordance with the entries in the Customizing activity Define IATA Locations.
  • In the standard system, the states (provinces) in following countries are supplied as regions (IATA):
  • Argentina

  • Australia

  • Brazil

  • Canada

  • USA

  1. Choose an IATA location and go to the detail view.
  2. Make the relevant entries for the selected IATA location.
