OFTP_MD_003_03_01 - Define Car Rental Companies

In this step you define the car rental companies available in the connected reservation system. The codes correspond with the industrial standard and make up the basis for performing availability queries or rental car bookings.

The car rental companies available in the reservation system are correctly maintained in the standard system.

You should keep the entries up to date at all times, otherwise error messages can appear during the availability query if an entry is missing. In this case, it is no longer possible to display the relevant travel services.

1. Choose New entries.
2. Enter the industrial standard code valid for the car rental company to be defined.
3. Enter a long text for the car rental company to be defined.
