OFTP_MD_003_03_02 - Define Customer Programs of Car Rental Companies

In this step, you define the customer programs relevant for you for the corresponding car rental companies. This specification is a prerequisite for the customer account to be taken into account when rental car-specific services are booked.

1. Choose New entries.
2. Choose the code of the car rental company respnsible for the customer programs.
3. Specify a code for the relevant customer program (freely definable).
4. Enter a long text for the customer program that is to be defined (freely definable).

You can link the customer programs maintained here in infotype '0475' (Customer Programs) with the customer number of the relevant employee. If the travel service provider maintains the customer program data directly in the reservation system, an automatic customer number check can take place during booking. If not, if an incorrect number is entered, the customer account is usually not taken into account for the relevant program.
