If you have created groupings for the permissability of trip activity types and assigned the relevant activity types to each of the groupings as required, you can use this step to assign the fields from the organizational assignment of the employee to the groupings.

If you have not completed both of the previous steps, you do not need to make any settings in this step.

You can use all fields from HR Infotype 0001 as well as field PTZUO (Travel Management employee grouping) from Infotype 0017.
