OFTP_PR_003_01 - Define Travel Profiles

In this step, you define the travel profiles relevant for your company. In the section assign evaluation criteria, you assign the travel profiles to the trip rules you have already defined for flight, hotel, and car rental.

1. Choose New entries.
2. Specify a short description for the travel profile to be defined (with a maximum of 8 characters).
3. Specify a descriptive long text for the travel profile to be defined.

You can specify the travel profiles for the respective employees in infotype '0470' (Travel Profile).
