OFTP_PR_003_09 - Define Static PNR Elements

In this section you can create information elements that are included in the PNR (Passenger Name Record Locator), the actual booking key, when you book a flight, a hotel room or a car rental.
Depending on the class and type of the comments this information can be viewed by different groups of persons, for example:
- Class "RM": everyone who can call the PNR
- Class "RM", Type "C": only the travel center under whose identification the booking was made
- Class "OSI": for the travel center doing the booking and the relevant provider, such as the airline
You have already defined travel profiles.
To enter company-specific PNR comments, proceed as follows:
- Enter the travel profile. This PNR comment reaches all travelers assigned this travel profile.
- Enter the sequential number of the text line. For comments that are longer than one line, you have to create an entry for each line with the respective line numbers.
- Enter the comment class (see above).
- If the comment is to have 'confidential' status, enter a 'C' as the comment type.
- An entry in the Comment categoryfield is not mandatory.
- Enter the comment text.
