OFTP_PR_003_15 - Assign Train Evaluation Criteria

In this step you assign the travel profiles for your company to the class rules that you have already specified for train travel.

You can then assign these to individual employees in Infotype '0470' (Travel profile). This allows you to control and ensure compliance of your enterprise-specific travel policies for booking travel services.

1. Choose the travel profile required
2. Choose New entries
3. Maintain the travel profile using the following entries:
1. Trip activity type
2. One of the class rules for train travel defined in the activity Specify Class Rules: Rail
