In this step, you assign your trip and class rules for flight services to the travel profiles you defined previously.

You can then allocate these rules to individual employees in the Travel Profile infotype (IT 0470). This ensures that your enterprise-specific travel policies are taken into account when trips are booked.

  1. Choose one of the travel profiles you defined earlier.
  2. Choose New Entries.
  3. Assign the travel profile the requested trip or class rules for flight services that you have already defined in Customizing for Travel Planning under Trip Rules and Profiles -> Trip and Class Rules -> Trip and Class Rules for Flights.
