You can use the PAD_SE_LEAVING_NOTFIC_SETUP (Initial Setup for PersonnelLeavingNotification) program to make the initial settings for the Notify of Personnel Leaving (PersonnelLeavingNotification_Out) outbound operation.

On the selection screen you can select:

  • Activate Setup
If you choose this option, the initial settings are made and the corresponding entries are written to the following tables:
  • T585A HR Documents: Infotypes To Be Logged

  • T585B HR Documents: Field Group Definitions

  • T585C HR Documents: Field Group Properties

  • Deactivate Setup
If you choose this option, the initial setup is deactivated.

A system message informs you whether the setup was completed successfully.
