You can use the PAD_SE_LEAVING_NOTIFICATION (Trigger for PersonnelLeavingNotification) program to trigger the Notify of Personnel Leaving (PersonnelLeavingNotification_Out) outbound operation.
You can start the report in two ways:
- For all Work Agreements that correspond to your selection criteria.
- For all Work Agreements that correspond to your selection criteria and had errors during the last run.
The system only sends notification that a work agreement has ended for work agreements that were closed on today's date (system date) and for which a notification was not yet sent.
You can use the following selection parameters on the selection screen:
- Person ID
- Personnel Number
- Company Code
- Personnel Area
- Personnel Subarea
- Employee Group
- Employee Subgroup
If processing was successful, the outbound operation is triggered. A success message is written to the application log and an entry is entered into the ERROR = ## field in the PAD_SE_DELTA_LOG log table.
If errors occurred when processing a Work Agreement, a corresponding error message is included in the application log and an entry is entered in the ERROR = #X# field in the PAD_SE_DELTA_LOG log table. The system still processes all other Work Agreements.
Start the program in the normal run or in the error run.
