OHAA116 - Define Variant for Creating Data Medium

You can use report RPUELDA2 (Create Data Medium for Data Transfer with SI Agency) to copy the data records that you have created for electronic data transfer (ELDA) to a data medium.

If you want to run the report regularly with identical selections, you can create one or more report variants in this step.

1. Perform this activity.

The selection screen for report RPUELDA2 appears.

1. Make the required entries.
2. Choose Goto -> Variants -> Save as variant.
3. Enter a name for the selection variant and enter a description of the selection criteria in the Meaning field.
4. Save the variant.
5. If you want to create further variants, repeat activities 1 to 5.
