In this Customizing activity, you indicate for all relevant absence categories whether an interrupted work relationship exists with regard to Payslip Tax (L16) or Payslip SI.

Depending on the selection of the Inter. Payslip Tax or Interr. Payslip SI fields, the SAP system responds as follows:

  • On Payslip Tax, Y is entered in the Note (interruption of the wage payment period) field.
  • If the Interr. Payslip SI field is selected, Payslip SI is interrupted and a new Payslip SI is created at the end of the absence.

In the standard SAP system, sample entries are available as a template in client 000.

  1. Access the activity.
  2. In the PS Grouping field, enter the value 03.
  3. Choose Change, select the relevant absence category, and choose Details.
  4. Select the Inter. Payslip Tax field, and if applicable, select the Interr. Payslip SI field.
  5. Save your entries.
