OHAAL16_0174 - Assign Variants to Employer Assignment Unit

In this Customizing activity you do not need to make any settings if you use the following standard variants for all your employees:

• SAPLOPAF_A for Statistics Austria

• SAPLOPAF_B for the BVA

• SAPLOPAF_M for the ÖGK

If required, you can assign different variants for the ELDA notifications to the ÖGK, BVA and Statistics Austria to the various employer assignments.

If you wish to assign the variants, ensure the following:

• There is no organizational reassignment between the employer assignments

• If there is an organizational reassignment between different employer assignments, it has always been done with the actions Hiring or Leaving

Note:

If you do not meet these prerequisites, the variants of the respective ELDA notification to the ÖGK, BVA, and Statistics Austria must be the same for all employer assignments, with the required standard variants.
