OHAAL16_0195 - Exclude Employee from Evaluation

This activity enables you to exclude individual employees from live processing, so that the system can therefore not create any L16 payslips, contribution base statements, or E18 notifications.

1. Call table T599V from transaction SE16.
2. In the Key field, enter RPCGLZA0/PERNRxxxxxxxx (x = the employee’s eight-digit personnel number).
   Note that you have to add the personnel number directly with leading zeros.
3. Save your entries.
   
   Result: No evaluation is created for the employee.
