OHAAOEGV111 - Check External Record Structures

In this work step, the external data structure for record types 00, 10 and 99 is defined as follows:

• Position of the field within the record type on the data medium (field number)

• Length of the field

• Data type (numeric or alphanumeric)

• Number of decimal places

The other record types 20, 40, 50 and 60 use the structure of record type 10.

The data is maintained by SAP and must not be changed.

If the table is empty, copy the entries from client 000. To do this, choose Utilities -> Adjustment.

The numbering of the fields deviates from the Main Association's documentation in one aspect. In the documentation, field RES has the number 10a. As the numbering in the system can only use numbers, this field is number 11 and all subsequent fields are one position further on.

During conversion, the system does not carry out any checks on a possible field overrun.
