In this step you check the activity status in relation to the employee group and employee subgroup.

The system creates the contribution statement only for groupings of employee subgroups with the activity status 1 (Active) and 2 (Pensioner). Groupings of employee subgroups with a different activity status are not taken into account when creating the contribution statement.

  1. Enter HCM localization 03 for Austria.
  2. Check the grouping of employee subgroups in relation to the activity status for Active (1) and Pensioners (2).
  3. Save your changes.
