In this activity, you can adapt the SAPscript forms for the monthly contribution statements for contractual civil servants to meet your requirements.

You only need to carry out this activity if you want to make changes to the standard SAPscript form. In this case, copy the standard form to the customer namespace and make your changes to the copy.

Changes to the form can be the addition of new text elements or changes to the layout. Changes to the layout include in particular changes to the paragraph and character formats, as well as Customizing settings for the sequence of text elements.

The standard system contains form HR_AT_BVA_12 for the aforementioned contribution statement.

  1. Choose action Copy SAPscript Form.
You go to the screen Copy Forms Between Clients.
  1. In field Form Name enter the value HR_AT_BVA_01.
  2. In field Target Form enter a name for your customer form.
The name of the form in the customer namespace must adhere to the applicable naming conventions (letter Y or Z as first character).
  1. Choose Execute.
  • Choose action Set Up SAPscript Form.
  • You go to the initial screen Form Painter: Request.
    1. In field Form enter the name of your customer form.
    2. Make the required changes.

    If you have created a Customizing include in the previous activity, you can also use the components of Customizing include CI_RPCBVAA2S in addition to the standard table fields.
    1. Save your changes and activate them by choosing Form -> Activate.
