SAP E-Book

In this step you create custom cumulation wage types and assign wage types to these cumulation wage types.

In this step you can also change the assignment of wage types to existing SAP cumulation wage types. Such changes override the standard SAP entries and are to be made with caution.

You need a text element in which all employer contributions for the regular payments to unemployment insurance and health insurance are combined.

You create the cumulation wage type 0DAK - ER Contrib. Reg. HI,UI. You assign the following wage types to this cumulation wage type:

Cumulation WT Cumulation wage type text   Wage type Wage type text
0DAK ER Contrib. Reg. HI,UI   /398 ER,UI,General
0DAK ER Contrib. Reg. HI,UI   /3EC ER,HI,General

/3EC
  1. Choose the HCM localization 03 for Austria.
  2. In the initial node Non-Statutory Subapplications, select the subapplication BVA and double-click to choose the node Definition of Cumulative Wage Types.
The system displays the available cumulation wage types for the Monthly SI Contribution Statement for the Federal Insurance Body.
  1. If you need new cumulation wage types, choose New Entries.
The customer namespace for cumulation wage types starts with a number (0-9).
  1. Select the cumulation wage type that you want to change and double-click to choose the node Assignment of Wage Types to Cumulative Wage Types (Customer).
  2. Maintain existing entries or choose New Entries.
You can enter either the cumulation wage types you created previously (these start with a number) or SAP cumulation wage types (these start with a letter) as the cumulation wage type.

Note:
If you enter an SAP cumulation wage type here, the default assignment of this cumulation wage type is overwritten completely. Consequently you need to list all of the wage types you want, even if some of them are contained in the default assignment.
For information on the default assignments, see the previous step Check Assignment of Wage Types to SAP Cumulation Wage Types.
