OHAARCE009 - Maintain processing of absences in calculation of averages

In this section you can define that certain absence types cause the system to take the whole underlying month into consideration for a specific average calculation.
Maternity leave (considered as an absence) is not taken into account when calculating the average number of ART leave periods. It is taken into consideration by the system for the calculation of variable remuneration averages and for familiy assignations.
To perform that activity you need to integrate function module EXIT_HARCALC0_002 of SAP extension EXIT_HARCALC0_002 in your project.
