In this section you can define the employee's time limit for submitting the preceding year's schooling certificate. This information is relevant for receiving special schooling aid allowance.

To perform this activity:

  1. Check your company's time frame for the submission of the preceding year's schooling certificate.
  2. Indicate that month's number in field Value of constant MESAY. For instance, indicate 2 for February.
  3. Save your entries.
