OHAARLI001 - Define agreement category ID

In this step you can insert a pay scale type text belonging to a specific combination of professional area/subarea.

Before performing this step you need to create professional areas and subareas. Follow the instructions provided under Specify pay scale progression based on master data in section Personnel administration -> Personnel administration -> Payroll data -> Basic pay -> Salary levelling -> Specifiy salary levelling based on master data.

To insert a text corresponding to pay scale type:

1. Choose a professional area and subarea.
2. Indicate the text on pay scale type corresponding to that combination.
3. Save your entries.
