OHAB2008 - Prepare Tax Scales

This step allows you to maintain the tax scales for exceptional allowances.

Exceptional payments are taxable according to some specific rules (like end of year premiums, holiday pay). Different percentages exist for holiday pay on one hand and all other kind of exceptional payments or premiums on the other hand.

The data concerning the tax calculation on this exceptional payments is stored in following tables:

• Table T5BT1: Exceptional tax scales;

• Table T5BT2: Exemption for children at charge;

• Table T5BT3: Reduction for children at charge.

You can maintain the data of the three above-mentioned tables by means of 8 views:

• Three views (one on each table) for holiday payments;

• Two views for overdue payments (arrears) and dismissal allowances;

• Three views for the other exceptional payments like premiums, accidental payments, pensions and interests not granted as part of a pension plan neither as the enforcement of a legal or official statute.
